Beginner’s guide to eat healthy


In today’s post I will tell you how you can live a healthy life without leaving junk and some benefits of vegetarian diet.

How to be physically fit?

If you don’t know, I am a medical student, but I never wrote about health or fitness. Today, I will address a question that people are asking before MacDonald arrived. Is eating junk food Healthy?

I am a junk food supporter, but I don’t eat every day. Because I think “Everything (except non-veg) is beneficial to your body if you eat it in limit.”

If you want to be physically fit, then you have to quit Non-veg. Eat 100% vegetarian food. For a better health and “Future”.

With “Future” I mean if you eat veg then you will reduce risk of cancer and your age will increase (Link). If you eat meat, then it will lead to major chronic diseases (Link).

Do vegan if you want to? I love milk and Paneer so I don’t shift to vegan.

  1. Complete your protein consumption from soyabean
  2. Spinach is a leafy green vegetable and a significant source of calcium, vitamins, iron, and antioxidants. For calorie people, a cup of spinach contains 7 calories.
  3. Broccoli is another great vegetable. It has one day full requirement of Vitamin k and twice the requirement of Vitamin C. It contains 31 calories. According to a research (link) it inhibits cancer growth and DNA damage.


I am a supporter of junk food; I eat it bit in a limit. But I don’t enjoy eating outside.

To cure my problem, I learned how to cook all junk food. My experience says that you can make better pizza than any shop at home using ingredients in your kitchen.

Whenever I order pizza sometimes cheese is less, sometimes veggies look bad, but at home I can see it, I use fresh veggies, how it’s made and how hygienic the conditions are?

Eating junk food increase risk of

Well, it’s a long list, includes risk on nervous system, reproductive system, etc.

Eating veg can make you more beautiful. According to research published in American Journal of Public Health, if you eat more veggies and fruits then it will lead to a more natural glow on your face. Eventually it will make you more beautiful.

Last words:-

You can’t run away from junk food, especially in India. So, control your feeling and cook yourself. Believe me, when you garnish cheese on pizza, it feels really nice.

Learning to cook can help in long term also, you don’t have to live on take aways anymore, no more oil rich fries. I don’t like oil because it affects your skin badly.
